Online orders placed for shipping are final sale.
All items are photographed at the time of listing to accurately reflect their condition upon arrival. Please note that due to the nature of resale retail, items may be tried on or handled while on the sells floor after being photographed, which may result in minor changes to the condition.
We make every effort to ensure items are represented as accurately as possible in photos and descriptions. However, in the case of a significant discrepancy between the item received and its original listing a store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Online orders which are picked up in-store will follow the store return policy of the specific location the order/pickup takes place. Please contact the store directly for questions on their return policy.
